Below is a general outline of the steps we take to develop a travel program for our clients:

Choice of a destination – Whether you have a destination in mind or need recommendations, we’ll find the perfect destination for your trip.
Preliminary meeting – We’ll schedule a meeting to discuss your aspirations and requirements.
Design an itinerary – Together, we’ll create the best itinerary to meet your organization’s expectations and objectives, selecting preferred travel dates, special activities, accommodation preferences, site selection, educational component, and more.
Pricing & Tour Agreement – After finalizing the itinerary and dates, we’ll present you with a comprehensive proposal, including costs.
PDF Brochure or Final Text Materials – Once we finalize our agreement, Royal Adventures will produce a professionally designed full-color digital brochure to email to your member list and feature on your website. We’ll also discuss other methods to promote the program to potential travelers and ensure its success.

Most clients begin marketing their customized travel programs to their members about 10-12 months prior to departure. Here are some specific recommendations based on different client groups:

Royal Adventures also selects local guides who possess deep knowledge of the places we visit and are skilled at imparting information about the region's history and culture in a clear and engaging manner.

Who will take care of my members or patrons when they contact Royal Adventures?

A dedicated Royal Adventures Tour Manager will communicate with your passengers. Our office will distribute a welcome mailing, a departure mailing, and other correspondence to keep your members abreast of all the information needed before participating on a trip. Eco-friendly name badges and luggage tags with your logo will be distributed before departure. Once a tour is underway, Royal Adventures manages a 24-hour emergency contact number.

Does Royal Adventures offer liability protection to its clients?

Royal Adventures helps to protect its client organizations with a $5 million liability protection insurance policy.
