Private Groups
Private Adventures are travel programs designed for groups of six or more travelers created around your specific interests. They are tours designed just for you, your family, friends and/or travel companions. Private Adventures permit you to see the world with those you want to share your experiences with. Private Adventures are great for family travel, class reunions, celebration vacations, special interest groups (hiking, birding, biking etc.) and retreats. We can design a fully customized itinerary that will meet diverse interests in your group and in the case of families, an itinerary that can satisfy the needs of travelers of all ages.

Get Inspired
Simply contact us and let us know where you wish to travel, how many are in your group (a minimum of 6 travelers is required) and the length of time you wish to travel and an idea of your travel budget. Our travel managers offer you suggestions to get you off the beaten track and onto an unforgettable journey. It is helpful to assign one person to be the spokesperson for the group.
Choose Your Dates
Once you have chosen your destination pick your dates. The earlier you book the more availability there will be for accommodations of your choice. Keep in mind that holiday travel often needs to be booked far out.
Obtain a Quote
Once you are happy with the itinerary and inclusions, we will put together a full set of detailed trip notes outlining the daily itinerary, guided portions of the program, trip highlights, prices, inclusions and exclusions, ensuring each member of your group have a clear idea of the travel program ahead. We will price out the travel program on a person cost and a deposit and final payment schedule. We will invoice your group and provide you with travel guides, hotel address lists and additional information about your destination and itinerary.
Travel at a Reduced Price
With groups of 15 paying persons call us for special arrangements and reduced land costs.
Escorted
All our tours are led by guides who are prepared with multiple plans to help you get the most out of every day. Our guides can also cater to the individual needs of our private group’s member permitting you to relax and enjoy your time together.
Air Reservations
For your convenience we can reserve flights for your group or advise on flight schedules should you wish to arrange for airline tickets by yourself.
Trip Cancellation Insurance
We provide trip cancellation and evacuation insurance applications for your travelers.
