We know how to integrate with the alumni office to ensure the seamless operation of a tour. We have been entrusted with some of the highest profiled officers and faculty of many academic institutions. And we mean “customized.” Every travel program is personalized to meet the needs of your group, your study leader, and your alumni. There is no cookie cutter itinerary that gets sold to everybody. Every tour is hand-crafted to match the specifications of your university or college. Many of our travel programs include guest speakers, local and international authorities who are impacting the world today. Each trip can provide a special activity or visit which gives a private look into the lives of the nationals. We have arranged to meet with scientists, art collectors, museum directors, high ranking government officials and other local experts.
Dynamic Tour Directors
We take great care in selecting our tour directors because great tour directors make great trips. Our tour directors are fabulous, personable, knowledgeable and always ready to help you. They supervise every detail of your itinerary and escort your passengers through the entire program. Our tour directors and your hosts are furnished with a “Daily Schedule” – a blue print of what is expected for each day at different times including a.m. and p.m. reminders, focus and objectives.
Customer Support
We promptly respond to participants’ inquiries and take care of all the logistics of getting your alumni ready for your journey. Royal Adventures researches, writes and prints its own Travel Guides, Reading Lists, and other materials necessary to enhance the participant’s travel experience. Our travel guides include not only what to wear and bring, but also give an insight into the history and customs of the country being visited. We listen to what your needs are and go to work to satisfy them.
Insurance
For your peace of mind, Royal Adventures is fully insured. We have 5 million dollars in errors and omission insurance and can name your institution as an additional insured. We offer trip cancellation insurance to passengers and on request, can offer or provide evacuation insurance to all your participants. All passenger funds are deposited into a trust account registered with the California Attorney General’s office.
